HOW are guards SHIPPed?
To ship the fireguards I usually produce a custom built MDF case and use a trusted carrier to ensure they are safely delivered to their destination. As this takes time and resources this does come as an additional cost on your purchase. Of course if it is convenient you would always be welcome to collect.
WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED FOR A BESPOKE GUARD?
If you are interested in having a bespoke fireguard made I will normally ask for one or two photos of the fireplace and various important measurements. I don’t generally need to make a visit. You might have one or two design ideas which you like as a starting point or I can suggest what might work from an aesthetic or functional point of view.
